My Therapist, Caroline, was very helpful in assisting me with my leg pains. She made me feel better and would always check in on me. She is a very friendly and caring person. Not only was she like this, but everyone there treated me as if I was apart of their community to make me feel comfortable. I truly recommend this place!

I had Caroline as my therapist and she was the best. She was able to motivate me to continue to show and just to get better, and introduce me to new shoulder exercises that cant get me back to where i a pre-surgery. Big shoutout to her!!

I was very happy to work with Dr. Paula Goddard during my post-partum weeks following the birth of my second child. I had some issues from my pregnancy and labor that necessitated some pelvic floor work as well as some SI joint pain I've dealt with for many years. I really liked using their app as well and it made keeping up with my exercises easy. Dr. Goddard was very kind and sensitive to issues that new moms face and her office staff was very polite and helpful also.

After dealing with an issue for nearly 2 years I was referred to Paula for therapy. She is wonderful to work with & continued to find new ways to help me. Paula is easy to talk with & really listened to help tailor the treatments for my specific issue. Highly recommended.
