Physical Therapy By Phoenix of Springfield

I have an incredible experience from Physical Therapy by Phoenix. Working out is an extremely important part of my life both recreational and professional. I was struggling with going to the gym, daily tasks, and even just getting around with my family. So far after a month of physical therapy I am able to daily tasks pain free. And I am starting to go back to the gym. I am looking forward to getting back to my normal routine. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and to develop a treatment plan. My therapist Kennedy has been very encouraging during my recovery. Even when I have set backs in my pain management she explains why and how my setback was normal. She also gives me exercises and things to do to help prevent them further. I couldn't recommend physical therapy by Phoenix more if you're looking for therapy that has a one on one experienced and a non cookie cutter approach to your recovery.

Phoenix PT was able to give me an appointment in a very timely manner. During the evaluation process Louis truly listened to what was going on. I’d been told my issue would take quite a while to see improvement but he discovered it was a different issue. After just one session there was such incredible improvement!! I’m so thankful for the time and energy they spent to get me in the road to recovery!!!

Great place! Very knowledgeable and highly professional physical therapists. I also love the atmosphere. They are all very friendly and personable. I went here for a while before my surgery. And I truly believe I received high-quality service here. Kylie was incredible in helping prepare and strengthen me for my surgery. I also had significant pain relief every time I left my sessions. I have been so pleased with Kylie, as well as Louis and the team, that I decided to go back now that I am post-surgery! I am really glad to be back! I’m encouraged and hopeful for a successful recovery with Kylie and Phoenix Physical Therapy. They do a great job!

I had an ankle injury six months ago and have wore a boot, had six weeks of PT prior to coming to Phoenix at another facility with no improvement, and had a steroid injection and still had terrible pain and limping. It has limited my activities greatly. My doctor referred me to Physical Therapy by Phoenix and I started seeing Louis three weeks ago. He recognized in the first visit there was also a nerve issue. In just this short amount of time I am barely limping and have little to no pain most of the time. I definitely recommend Louis and the team! They will get you back up and going. I’m deeply grateful.

I am a student at Missouri State University studying exercise and movement science with hopes of attending grad school for Physical Therapy. I interned here this past summer and I had a fantastic experience! The technicians are super welcoming and the therapists are passionate and very driven. Louis is a strong leader who exhibits dedication and knowledge, both of which are showcased in his treatments and the way he educates interns. Kylie is an energetic person whose wit makes even the toughest recoveries enjoyable. She was amazing to observe and learn from! Kennedy is filled with support and empathy, and she uses those traits to challenge her patients to be the best. As a patient or an intern, you cannot go wrong with choosing this clinic as your place for healing and strengthening. I highly recommended Physical Therapy by Phoenix to anyone who needs therapy or an internship!!

Very impressed with Phoenix Physical Therapy. The online intake process is seamless and efficient; eliminating the dreaded clipboard and pen. I was able to text my insurance information and the staff entered most of the information for me. Appointment check-in and payment is the easiest I have experienced in any healthcare facility. The care is exceptional. Louis is very knowledgeable and a good listener. He carefully evaluated the surgical reports and my feedback to devise a treatment plan. His is very thoughtful and deliberate when answering questions and always asks how I am feeling allowing continued modifications to the plan as needed. This is a break from the “one size fits all” approach I have previously experienced. In my opinion this is beneficial as the plan is customized to my needs. The treatment plan is accessible through an app that includes pictures and written instructions. I highly recommend Phoenix!

I went in after an issue with my lower lumbar that was affecting my day to day. Louis’ expertise and skill got me back on track and back to doing what I love without any limitations. He as well as his staff were all very friendly, caring and dedicated to solving my issue. Thanks guys! Highly recommended.

My daughter was 16 while receiving treatment at Phoenix, not only did they do a wonderful job with the therapy process they made me feel comfortable enough to let my daughter drive herself. Kylie + the rest of the staff was wonderful. Kylie always welcomed my daughters questions and answered them in a way she understood. We’ve been to other places in the area but this experience was different. We left with knowledge to help maintain what she injured. I would highly recommend Kylie and the team at Physical Therapy By Phoenix! Bonus- they made scheduling a breeze even had reminder text messages.
