TCO, Randi and the physical therapy team continue to precisely guide me in the needed therapies with ongoing and important expertise with my recovery after a traumatic shoulder/bicep surgery. They make the journey joyful and comfortable (mostly). I highly recommend this awesome, fun-loving team. Their dedication to the patients recovery is beyond compare.

Working with Kelsie and super happy about it. She answers my unending list of questions, and she is very encouraging in a warm way. Yes a physical therapist should tell you how you’re doing and what needs to be done, but she does it in a “you got this/I’m rooting for you way”. Very personable too. The facility is also nice with very kind staff at the front counter and also back in the PT area.

I have only had one session so far but was very impressed with Jacob. Especially his offer to change my bandage for me which had been very stressful for my wife to have to do with my last knee replacement. I really appreciate that and his caring, helpful attitude. He is the right kind of person to be a physical therapist & appears to be very good at his job. He did not make me sore afterwards either, much appreciated as I have enough pain with the knee replacement.

Had my first PT session with Randi as I rehab from a Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement. Extremely happy with the care and exercises recommended. Came home with detailed instructions and a great plan. Looking forward to next week's appointment.

The staff at TCO physical therapy are the best! I am currently recovering from my 2nd knee replacement. Randelle is so kind, patient & encouraging! This is my 2nd go round as I had my first knee replacement in April of this year. The entire staff here have been so helpful & friendly which truly helps when going through what could be a stressful time!

Working with P/T Kelsie Taylor has been a very positive experience. She is patient, knowledgeable and effective. She has helped me with my ankle surgery rehab and I have requested her services for my upcoming knee surgery rehabilitation this summer. Would also like to include her coworkers that have been part of my rehab journey. They are equally great and a pleasure to work with. Thanks y'all! Anne M

Kellie is so knowledgeable. She is very thorough. She used the skeleton to describe and show me exactly why my back hurts and how to help me relieve the pain. I really appreciated her.

We were able to get started with physical therapy after a knee replacement surgery. Our therapist was very pleasant and helpful. She stated what the goals would be and how we might achieve those goals in the time outlined by the doctor.
