Physical Therapy at Croton

I have used this location for both ankle therapy and shoulder therapy. Have been very, very pleased with the process both times. Scheduling is easy although I do recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible to get your first choice of time slots. Staff is wonderful and therapy is effective.

Went to this place with horrible chronic back pain due to an injury I sustained from work a few years ago. Therapist was nice but she was late. Therapist did a long evaluation which was fine but was about to dismiss me till my next appt without doing anything at all to treat my pain. I had to ask for the stem and heat for my back explained what my other physical therapy place used to do for me. I even asked the therapist if she was gonna work on my back a little and she said "we do those nice things next time". I wondered "nice things" or necessary things? My other physical therapy place was fantastic by the way but can no longer go there due to my insurance. Well I gave them a pass that day and went to them one more time. I had a different therapist even tho the one I originally had was there and didn't even look at me. Therapist was nice but did a ton of talking and did not work on my back at all once again, she instead put ice on my back with the stem machine. I think they are only allowed a certain amount of time with each patient when they should be able to multitask with a few patients. Would not recommend this place at all.

Ralph is amazing, very knowledgeable and effective. Very realistic about healing expectations on my ankle fracture, very patient with my questions. Great hours and front desk staff. No wait, very flexible. I highly recommend.

Place is solid Reagan and Staff are excellent in what they do. I only had positive outcomes from there Help with me.
