Physical Therapy at Claybourne Medical Center (operated by Miami Valley Hospital)

I waited for a half hour before just getting up and leaving without getting my test sample drawn. They think that since you are at their mercy you will just wait until Hell freezes before they get around to serving you. "Sorry we're busy" is their mantra and instead of being happy they have your business, instead they use it as an excuse to take their sweet time and what other choice do you have? I've done phlebotomy and it doesn't take but a few minutes!!

I’ve had physical therapy all my life and this is the worst physical therapy company I have ever been with. The therapy is only 30 minutes as opposed to an hour with every other physical therapist that I’ve been to. Yet they charge the exact same price as the hour physical therapist. Also the first 10 to 15 minutes they’re on a computer taking information, searching for better ways to help you. Then you only get 10 to 15 minutes of actual physical therapy. And none of it was hands-on along with exercise. I have always had tens units, heating or ice pads, and other hands-on physical massage along with the exercise. Then I go home and do it as well. One of the therapist actually told me they’re trying to get me to the point to where I don’t have to come in. Well this was after only 2 to 3 weeks of therapy. I would expect that after you’ve gotten me to the point to where I don’t need you anymore.. After the fourth week I decided I was wasting money going there twice a week for an hour of therapy. Not even an hour of therapy really. Twice my physical therapy ended 10 minutes early. I asked are you going to work on my neck and my back with massage or some other hands-on And I was told no. I have never given a review like this before. But I felt I needed to because they are so bad. Don’t waste your money or time. I have since found a wonderful physical therapist who charges the same price for an hour of physical therapy. They do hands-on, aqua therapy on site, tens unit, heat and ice, along with the exercise.

I was appalled to see the staff of this hospital smiling with their thumbs up after the massacre of their citizens! As an RN, I would hope my fellow nurses would show more compassion to those grieving and not make a mockery! SHAME ON YOU!
