I started PT with Physical Therapy Associates in February 2023, after a fall down the stairs caused a torn rotator cuff (2 muscles with total tears, 1 with partial tear). Through massage, manipulation, and doing homework (suggested exercises), the Therapist kept me from suffering from a frozen shoulder and kept me on the road to healing. All of the staff are friendly, encouraging, and were also my cheerleaders. Now, 8 months later I have been dismissed from PT and because of my, Therapist, I will not need surgery at this time. I have full range of motion and can lift heavy objects (like a 19 lbs cat litter box). If you are looking for awesome Physical Therapist, call them. You will not regret it.

If you have ever been to many Physical Therapy appointments and from different providers then you know the difference in the treatment provided varies greatly on the person performing such services. After prior such services for ACL knee and 3 surgeries thereon, and frozen shoulder problems, I have been able to really "click" with a great provider. When long time friends advised that they had went to this office for both knee and hip replacements, I was first worried when I found out that the prior owner had sold and was still working though for the new one named Shawn. I am soooo glad my worries became unfounded forthwith upon meeting and receiving services. Through December till now Shawn has provided great services. Why great? When working with a provider, some do not push you, or push too much, or do not listen. Shawn listens, and the between the two of us he pushes the workout to the best I can do, and when not enough, I speak and he ups it. And that is just at the office there. He also gives me great workouts for home which continue to change and push me which is so appreciated. Now another great thing with Shawn is talking.. I have found that some therapists stop working when talking, but Shawn and I can converse but without stopping any of the therapy he provides . And all owners have to be on top of their other therapists hired to assure that those services are from other providers there and Shawn also has stayed on top of that and that creates respect. I wish my arm was like it was at 21 years old and know it never will be, but Shawn has helped push my conditioning, strength, and motion to as much as my body can handle. That will always be appreciated and frankly he deserves such high marks for such wonderful services. I will add he seems to have also front end staff that are friendly, fast, efficient too and yet talk as if they have known you forever. So wonderful. Thanks Shawn, sincerely, Richard and PS dont mix up this place with the other PT place immediately south in a former bank building.

They really help make you feel great. I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome place full of good hearted people this company has been through alot the past few years but yet everytime i see them they are all smiling and working together under great management and highly informative physicians from bottom to top they are the right place to go.

Shawn and the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found them.
