I've been patient at Redefine Healthcare for several years . Dr. Freeman has always taken time to listen to my concerns and tailor my treatments to my specific needs. Recently Dr. Hamer has been doing treatments to help with my TMJ and has done some wonderful work on my SCM muscle that helps to lessen my pain. All the therapist are great so I always get a quality massage . When I go into Redefine Healthcare it's like I'm a visiting friends, everyone knows my name and makes me feel comfortable. I had an issues with my bill a few years ago and the receptionist and billing person were really helpful and got the issue cleared up quickly..
