Physical Solutions

After full knee replacement surgery, I went to Physical Solutions in Mineola for therapy which was recommended to me by my surgeon as well as two friends. Ed Farrell set up a program for me which definitely helped me to recover. He was always attentive to me as I was performing the exercises and corrected me if I was not doing them correctly. He and his staff are professional, compassionate and caring. The facility is well maintained, neat and clean. The front desk personnel were easy to work with in setting up appointments. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing therapy.

Ed and his staff are terrific. They’ve gotten me through rehab from two knee replacements. My wife is now going for PT following foot surgery. Ed and the staff are attentive and helpful. Several of our friends have gone here and have had wonderful experiences. Simply the best.

I highly recommend Physical Solutions. Chris Lopez is an extremely knowledgeable and professional Physical Therapist. I just completed 6 months PT after shoulder surgery and am very happy with my results. Also, the receptionists and PT assistant staff are very courteous and caring.

Very professional and accommodating. Never had to wait when I arrived for an appointment. The office staff was very easy to deal with in scheduling appointments and medical approvals. Ed was my main therapist and I also had later sessions with Chris and Elena because of my return to work schedule. Ed is very encouraging and supportive and the sessions targeted my progress. The support staff also is right there to guide and help. The location is very clean and I could move through the session seamlessly without interruption. I was given increasingly challenging exercises as my post surgical healing progressed. I was recommended to Ed Farrell by two other patients and highly recommend him.

My experience with Physical Solutions began many years ago when I worked there during college as a part time aide. I quickly came to trust the clinicians and the exceptional care they provided. I had confidence to send my mother there after her double knee replacement, where she made a full and speedy recovery! Most recently (a decade later!) I was dealing with a wrist injury and I immediately turned to Physol once again. Chris is professional, attentive, caring, and knowledgeable and always explains the what/why of the therapy process. Chris, Ed and the staff made such an impression on me I decided to pursue a career in rehab as well! That being said, I wholeheartedly recommend Physical Solutions!

Physical Solutions is the best PT around. The staff are are all caring individuals who know exactly what to do and they see that the patients follow their plan of care correctly. The office staff knows the ups and downs of all the insurance plans . You are in great hands from the moment you arrive til you leave and ultimately complete your plan of care . People always look for a great surgeon who comes with recommendations ,well that is half the story . You need a great Physical Therapy experience to complete the surgeons work. With that said I HIGHLY recommend Physical Solutions for all my family, friends and anyone who asks !!!!!

My therapist, Ed, and the entire staff were wonderful. I made steady progress after my hip replacement. I was given increasingly challenging exercises to help rebuild my strength, balance, etc. They maintain a very positive atmosphere, which I think is essential when you're recovering from surgery. One thing I really appreciated was seeing how caring the whole staff was especially with patients much older than me. They would always carefully spot them during exercise, get a stool so they could get up on the table or bike. So important.

Physical Solutions is an excellent place for physical therapy. I have gone for shoulder replacements. It's amazing what I am able to do now. A great environment with great therapists and aides. Physical Solutions has a professional environment. Everyone is treated with care and respect. And, your treatment is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Physical Solutions for anyone needing therapy.
