Absolute joke. I've called to pay my bill 5 times. Every time I get transferred to someone and goes to their voicemail. I leave a message, no call back, no one else can help accept payment, no nothing. Meanwhile I get sent to collections for the same bill. Awesome! 👍 Still no return phone call.

After 6 months of being told my account was paid off, I was continuously receiving bills for $20 from an account number with my name saying I was going to be sent to collections. I soon realized it was different from my account number with the company. At first When I called I was told by the customer service agent there was something wrong and there was no therapy under the new account I gave her. I was then told that whoever was managing my account was no longer there (Tom Haskell.) After everything was said and done (a two week phone tag process) they told me that the $20 charge that was about to send me to collections was for a copayment I never made. When I asked why the copayment wasn’t on my actual account they said they had to switch systems and it was their mistake. Sure it was their mistake yet I still was forced to pay the $20, 6 months after being told my account was closed and paid. I don’t even live in the state anymore, I said it really wasn’t my responsibility for their mistake so much later in the year. I manage a business and deal with service recovery EVERY DAY. As a professional company they should be taking over such a small charge, not playing phone tag because they don’t even understand where the charge is coming from, yet still demanding payment. It is their mistake. My customer service rep may as well have said “tough cookies, you’re paying it.” I genuinely feel harassed, and lied to. I feel like someone made a new account just pocketed my money. The woman Helen from Nevada who was “helping me” in her best customer service voice kept repeating that she was helping me, but I was not her account. I don’t care what your voice sounds like when you’re saying something rude to me I still hear what you’re saying. And originally you didn’t even think it was my account HELEN. Thanks for helping me Helen, but I don’t believe that was my account either I paid the $20 but I’m just forewarning anybody who is dealing with the shoulder or joint issues. I avoid any of the California Rehabilitation Centers, the PT is fine but the financial stress isn’t worth it. Unless you want to be paying for them for the next three years. I’ve never left a Google review but my experience was absolutely terrible . Sincerely, Karen who never got to speak with a manager.

Everyone here is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in you are greeted. The staff was very helpful and Dr. Matalon knew just what the problems were with me and how to go about fixing them.

I have been with PRN for nearly 16 years now. It's a great place to work. HR and management (from the CEO to the supervisors) maintain an open-door policy and there's a good atmosphere and comradery amongst the employees.
