My experience with Dr. Agubuzu has been very poor. Unfortunately, he is very hostile, harsh and lacks bedside manner. He tends to overexplain things and comes across as a broken record. It could be beneficial for him to receive coaching on how to interact more empathetically with patients. Lastly, he misdiagnosed me.

Scheduling the Physical Therapy appointment and waiting to see the doctor is quite literally a waste of time. I was injured at the beginning of April and the earliest appointment they had was at the beginning of September. Today, 9/1/2021. It's been 5 months since my injury and I've thankfully healed decently well but still have a minor limited range of motion. A receptionist calls me this morning just before my appointment saying that they need to reschedule and the next available appointment is on 10/4! More than 6 months after the acute injury! I suppose that's one way to recover from an injury, just through time, patience, and at-home exercises searched through Google and Youtube. I understand hospitals may be short staffed and are extremely busy particularly in these times, but don't waste your time waiting for a PT appointment unless you somehow miraculously are able to schedule an early appointment. I'd recommend you look elsewhere for any PT needs and don't pre-pay the Co-pay even a day before your appointment because they might just reschedule on you.
