Physical Medicine Rehab Clinics-Jaipal Sidhu MD

I have been seeing Dr. Sidhu since 2021 for nerve pain caused by my failed back surgery in April of 2020 when my neurosurgeon not only performed the wrong surgery, he nicked my spinal sac during the surgery, and during the spinal sac repair, he damaged my nerves from the L3-L4 all the way down! I have numbness, burning, throbbing, and tingling from my waist down. I had a Nerve Conduction Test performed at Stanford University showing everything that doesn't work right from the L3-L4 down. After trying different types of pain and nerve medications over the last 3 years, I feel the combination I am now on is helping me the best. While my pain is still there, I was tired of dealing with the highs and lows associated with stronger pain medications. Dr. Sidhu is easy to talk with, and he listens to what I am saying when I am telling him how I'm feeling on certain medications. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Sidhu.

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Sidhu and his staff. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient. After seeing several doctors, this is the first time I felt that a doctor truly cares.

I was a patient for 5 months and told that my pain was in my head, if I would get a counselor to deal with my pain issues I would be just fine. Went to another doctor found out that I have multiple blown discs in my neck and spine as well as arthritis. I guess that's all inmy head? He is one of the worst doctors I've ever had! Would not suggest him to my worst enemy.

I was hopeful at first because I thought highly of the doctor and his staff. After months, and dozens of phone calls, (communication was terrible) I was never able to get my Mom's prescription filled for her. When they did FINALLY call back, they said it was the pharmacy and the insurance, but this has never been a problem with any other office or med. In fact, both the pharmacy and insurance company, told me the problem lies with the doctors office. We gave up trying to deal with them, switched providers, and problem solved. There was no problem getting it filled before going here or after. We only wanted a specialist because we see so many drs. (So I've dealt with this stuff before, MANY times)We never even missed an appointment that we were made aware of. The new provider redid all the prior authorization paperwork that had expired, and what do you know. We won't be back.

Dr. Sidhu doesn't pay attention to your questions or explain anything. Get you in and out. Won't do anything without appointment. Doesn't follow approval for medications. Never felt he was really concerned about my issues, just take what he gives and that's about it. Was told he wasn't getting paid to see me and to call my insurance, come to find out he just doesn't take my insurance anymore. Very disappointed This is my experience and I speak only for myself.

Receptionist an other staff is great an professional. The billing people on the other hand bill you hoping you forget you paid your copay. I even brought in a copy of my receipt an they must have lost it. When they owe you money, you never recieve a call back. Here we are going on 5 month's still trying to resolve this issue.

Called on 3-29-21 & confirmed accepting new patients, accepts my insurance, and the doctor could refill my Rx with a referral. Informed on 4-20-21 that this doctor is refusing my referral as a new patient with no reasons given per "Karen". Something shady going on at this facility because they accept "cash patients" but are refusing non cash paying patients.

Hi this is Alvetre Coleman my experience with Doctor J He is such an amazing doctor he is caring mindful respectful I love him because he is a neat and clean doctor Everyone in this office is very courteous, polite and kind. I like it because they have respect for their clients. I couldnt have picked a better pain managment specialist physcian.
