Physical Gym

Small but mighty. I dropped in for a week during a visit to the area. It’s a clean joint with plenty of cable and cardio machines available. Also has free weights and weight a smith machine so you can get everything you need done that you need to get done. Owners a pretty rad dude as well!

We are so lucky to have a beautiful and well equipped gym like this in this corner of the world. Ocean views, friendly staff, almost every equipment you need to get your strength training in. I know the pandemic has been brutal to gyms, but my only ask would would have is to bring back Sunday hours for weekend travelers looking to get a session in!

Wonderful gym. The community is lucky to have this gym. Some out of town person wrote ‘no showers?’. Seriously? You were lucky to get to workout !
