Nice facility and it's feels much larger inside. Lots of machines and tables, and hard working staff. Plenty of parking spaces. Very clean inside, friendly staff who are very skilled and knowledgeable. In July 2024, I had a consultation that lasted around 45 minutes, and the staff was able to accurately diagnose an IT band and hip issue. They gave good suggestions on PT exercises to not only address the issue, but exercises to strengthen other parts of the body. In late 2023, I had a very swollen right knee with much pain when I walked. One of the staff properly diagnosed a quad injury that I sustained from work. I was given sound advice, some targeted exercises, and proper rest. My quad and knee were back to normal in about a month, and still good today. From young to old, I feel this location is a PT diamond in the rough in Davis. Friendly and fast service, highly recommend it!

I've come for countless appointments and seen different professionals here here over the years. The professionals are good. The front staff are the gatekeepers and are the worst part of every visit. I've had The staff drop the ball on booking my appointments for the wrong dates and times. I get mistakes, if you go anywhere long enough and it's bound to happen. The thing I can't excuse though is the indignant and dismissive attitude of the older lady that works the front desk. It's been consistent for years! She won't address you when you come in. She lets you awkwardly stand there at the counter while she does whatever she's doing still not addressing you. When she finally does talk to you she doesn't make eye contact and sounds annoyed or angry. On multiple occasions if someone younger is on the counter she will talk through them as if you're not standing right there. It's rude. It's awkward. It's not ok. Again, it's all done with an undertone of annoyance and anger. This isn't a bad day it's a pattern of unprofessional behavior. I've called and it's the same thing. If they treat you this poorly before you have an issue imagine when you actually have concerns... It's just a really poor way to have a presentation for your organization. I hope they can turn it around.

My family doctor referred me to Physical Edge to treat discomfort in my knees and ankles. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Physical therapist Dr. Dan Lebe was attentive and knowledgeable, and assigned exercises that effectively stabilized and strengthened my joints. He also provided corrections that improved stretching techniques during the follow-up visits and changed routines that challenged me as our sessions progressed. I am still amazed how shifting a position by a few inches can also boost the release of feel-good chemicals. I am always looking forward to performing those stretches recommended by Dr. Lebe. Thank you again Physical Edge (esp. interns Jacob, Alex, and Aysia)! 🙏🤍😇

Great place! Kia is the best, give him a raise! He really cares about the client and it shows. Also the fact I can make weekly appointments in advance are a plus. This is how PT is supposed yo be!

Great chiropractic and pyschal therapy care. The hard work is doing your exercise at home, but they will treat you very professionally while you are there.

The service was okay. My therapist was friendly and professional, but I stopped going after 2 visits because it was clear to me that what he was recommending didn't match my symptoms. He was happy to tell me it was nerve related and have me do stability exercises. When I left and went to a doctor, it was actually an arterial restriction. I'm more frustrated with the billing process. The desk clerk told me my copay was$30 for the initial visit and $15 for follow-ups. That's true, but they never bothered to tell me the total amounts that they were billing to my insurance ($190 and $140), which meant that I ended up owing $150 and $75 after the insurance adjustments. They also didn't bother to let me know that they charge more for some of the therapists than others, and they set me up with one of the more expensive ones. If anyone else is curious, I was just told that current base rates are $160 for initial eval, $80 for follow-ups. If you see the owner Matthew Moore, or one of his "students" (I was assigned to a student), the initial fee is $225 and follow-ups are $125.

Beware, these people have no integrity and treat you terrible. They canceled my appointment one day because the therapist called in sick at which time I needed to reschedule my second appointment of the week which I did. I just received a bill for 35.00 because I rescheduled my appointment but they canceled my appointment earlier in the week and that was ok. What am I missing? I think it is crazy that the don't value my time but there time is more important. I will never return to Physical Edge Under any circumstances. I called and talked to billing at the office and was told that there is nothing she could so I asked if I should send them a bill for my time when they canceled on me and got no response. They really don't care. Never again will I give then the opportunity to get my money. Terrible service.

It's a decent place. It's clean, not too crowded, and a lot of equipment to use. If you don't mind staff eyeing you down and making you uncomfortable, it's a good place to workout.
