Phys Med Physical Therapy

They are very kind. Explain everything so I understand there instructions. I started my therapy late after surgery thanks to my adjuster. So they understand my frustration with my shoulder & muscles being very stiff. I like the fact that they do not try & rush you and let you progress at a safe pace. I appreciate that very much. They care for the patients well being. We are not just a quota to them. Thank you 🙏

This has been a very positive experience. The staff is very nice, right down to the reception office girl. Compasion is abundant Felt welcome and comfortable every time im there. Very professional at the same time very relaxed atmosphere.. I will be going back. I will recommend this business to anyone that needs therapy.. Thank you guys, you are the best..

The staff was great on the inside my issue was with the receptionist. I mean what do they do because their job not so much. I was there for only 6 sessions and I thought things were going great except when my sessions ended and I needed more all the receptionist would say is my provider needed to approve more I basically had to do their job. I called my provider I called the Dr I made the arrangements to get more and when I got the letter that I got approved for me which I’m sure they got a letter too I never got a call back. I remember when I e be had my surgery my provider called me and asked if they had called me yet to schedule an appointment I said no so they had to put us on a 3 way call to make the appointment . I mean if you don’t want to do your job just say so.

I have spent a lot of hours at the downtown location of PhysMed. The staff from the receptionist and all of the assistant therapists to the therapist, are exceptional! They are personable, knowledgeable, professional and always make fell happy to be there.

Amazing staff who really care for their patients!! Very patient & kind & very knowledgeable! This is my second time coming here. I had great results from my initial session & look forward to even more improvement. Thank you Phys Med!! You're the best!!!!

Of all places in Fresno (and trust me, I’ve been to many) this is where the heart is. I come in and the therapists are always in good spirits, and not that fake customer service you get from ppl that dislike their jobs. I’ve had sciatic back pain issues for years and have gone through so many therapists.. Their manual techniques are one like no other! They don’t give me my exercise and then leave, they make sure I’m doing things right and benefitting from the actual treatment. Special thanks to this team, god bless them to keep their strength and passion going strong!
