The entire staff is awesome. Kajja and the physical therapy students have been great with working to challenge me to continue making progress. Darla and Katlynn greet everyone with a warm and welcoming attitude. I’d highly recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy.

Nicole, OT is incredible. So happy all the time. You can tell that she loves what she does. From my first visit to my last she never made me feel uncomfortable, she explained everything she did and why she was doing it. While the staff was always professional, the office was very warm and uplifting. The staff is always smiling and makes you feel welcoming. Any occupational therapy needs I recommend Nicole 100%! You will feel better!

I find my physical therapists to be professional and my experience at Phoenix accompanied with a friendly atmosphere with each visit. My therapists are personable and highly skilled. They've helped me to address my injury and heal far better than I had been doing on my own. Their guidance and patience has really helped by suiting my daily schedule and current training goals as well. I would recommend my Phoenix team to anyone who is looking to heal, improve and strengthen their injuries.

The team at Phoenix Scott Township are all excellent - I've been a patient at this facility for several months now rehabbing through a long standing neck issue. Sometimes PT isn't the most fun you can have on a Tuesday afternoon, especially when you're in pain, but I have found the staff to be patient, kind, and welcoming of all of my questions. I'm very happy I selected this practice for my therapy.

I starting PT at Phoenix Physical Therapy due to rotator cuff pain. I wasn’t sure it would help but after six weeks of working with Jim, Kajja, Lauren and Torrin, I’m much better and pain free. The therapists are very understanding and supportive. And the receptionist Darla is simply the best; keeping appointments and insurance on track! Overall, I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this PT practice. Thanks for everything!

After injuring my shoulder at work, I was told by my doctor it would take 12 weeks with therapy to heal. Pheonix Therapy got me good to go in only 8! Jim and Kajja are truly the best therapists there are. They are patient, kind and understanding all while providing the utmost care for their patients. Darla is the sweetest and most enthusiastic receptionist there is! She is so welcoming, makes you excited for therapy, and makes the overall experience so much better! Pheonix therapy is the best because of its providers!
