In the spring of 2021 I began getting groin pain when doing squats and deadlifts. That summer I believe I did 6 weeks of physical therapy but it just seemed to make the pain worse. I rested it completely for months and months and whenever I tried a simple body weight squat I would still get that sharp pain. As someone who loves to exercise, this was incredibly frustrating for me and I became absolutely miserable. In the spring of 2022 my groin pain still persisted but I went to this physical therapy office for an unrelated back injury I sustained at work. I worked primarily with David and Brooke who were both amazing. After a couple months they healed my back injury and they began working to fix my never-ending groin injury. In a matter of weeks my pain was significantly reduced and just a few weeks after that it was completely gone. After about a year and a half of the groin pain, I’m now able to exercise pain-free. I could never express in words how thankful I am for David and Brooke as they helped improve my physical health as well as my mental health. 5 out of 5 stars!

I would recommend Phoenix to everyone in need of physical therapy. Exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff designed a program of exercise that targeted the painful areas and educated me on how to continue on my own.
