I came to Phoenix Physical Therapy in New Castle last year after suffering a compression fracture in my back. My improvement has been incredible. Ed, Kelsey and staff are hardworking and professional, yet have created such a relaxed atmosphere that you don't even realize how hard you're working. Patient care specialist Sherene is second to none with her work ethic and welcoming presence. Highly recommend.

Staff does good work and is very friendly. They are very thorough and professional in making sure you get the best care, answer all your questions, and explain all that their doing within your physical therapy needs to you.

We love this Physical Therapy facility! Staff is great; skilled and kind and very patient-centered. Went here in May before back surgery and in the fall in October and November after extensive back surgery. Staff is friendly and personable and cheerful. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. I came to this program for vestibular therapy and was unsure what to expect, but I immediately felt welcome. I saw improvement after just two sessions! I would strongly recommend Phoenix to anyone who needs physical therapy. You will not be disappointed!
