Phoenix Physical Therapy

I can not say enough good things about Natalie and her team! They truly care about their patients! I’ve gone to them multiple times throughout my health history (15+ years). I’ve seen Natalie, Dexter, and Kate. I’ve gone to them to help strengthen my body with my chronic illness, but I also saw them after surgery for a torn ligament in my ankle that led to physical therapy. I’m now seeing them for my severe Scoliosis. Every single time I’ve been there I’ve been taken care of and because of my chronic health issues (Late stage Lyme Disease) I can only handle so much and have to go slow and Natalie and her team are understanding to that and listen to my concerns. I’m currently seeing Kate for this issue and she’s been wonderful and I’m hoping in time I’ll be able to have a better way of dealing with my back pain.

Positivity, support, and encouragement are the keys to success and all individuals at Phoenix bring those traits to the table. From the front desk coordination to the individual attention you receive from the therapist, Phoenix is top notch. I’m so glad I found this facility to help me through a tough total knee replacement journey.

Update: Have now been in for knee replacement rehab, and now Achilles issue [I know, I'm a mess :-) ] But the care by EVERYONE here is outstanding. You feel cared for, heard and they will get you better! No place I would rather have to go to for rehabilitation. Excellent physical therapy. Going in for a knee issue. Felt better after a single session, and each subsequent session. Very welcoming and friendly environment. Natalie Derstine, the therapist I see, is fantastic. Highly recommend!

This is a very welcoming, friendly, and comfortable place. All the staff are pleasant and seem to sincerely want to help all those who come in.

I’m so pleased with my entire experience at Phoenix. The therapist that worked with me through my recovery was excellent. I’m very satisfied with the results of the program she designed for me. I appreciated the one-on-one approach to my appointments and knew that my therapist would listen to my needs as I progressed through my recovery and work with me to adjust my program as needed. I have been going here for several years for a variety of problems. I enjoy the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff and I have been pleased with the outcomes. I highly recommend them, especially Natalie whose patience I’m sure I tested. She was a pleasure to work with.
