We have gone here more times than I'd like but they are always so kind, helpful and quick. We came in 30 minutes before they closed and everyone stayed and was patient to ensure we had the best quality care.

Doctor & resident Austin smith took great care of my 2 year old. Both of them were attentive, and gave us a well explanation of the diagnosis. The credit doesn’t only go to these amazing doctors but extends to the front desk, and everyone in between who ensured a positive care experience for my family. Although the end of vist paperwork took a minute to get back to our room, We’re thankful to be healthy & healed with the proper care from Phoenix Children’s Urgent Care team! Thank you!

Our family has been here twice and each time everyone has been wonderful. Fast knowledgeable care that made my daughter at ease. So thankful to this team!

The staff was amazing today. They had a huge line of people waiting for them to open and did a great job expediting families back to be treated. Nurse Tobe was so sweet to my son and I while providing care. I know that he was extremely busy but made us feel like a priority and didn’t rush through any portion of his care or treatment. The PA listened to my concerns and was very kind and caring towards me and my baby. Very grateful for the awesome staff of this location.

Had to take our 3-year old into this office the morning of December 24 for some persistent upper respiratory tract infection symptoms, and parental concern for a developing otitis media. Despite this being Christmas Eve, and with a long line of parents/children waiting outside the building at opening time, the entire staff (security guard at front, front desk clerk, and RN) were extremely friendly and helpful. Our provider (Jessie, PA) was fantastic - warm, reassuring, and caring. She made the right diagnosis (RSV) and recommended expectant management, which was the correct pathway. Only small quibble - the MA, upon rooming us, said "the doctor" will be right in - our provider was a PA (totally fine with us), but MA should be clear in communication about what kind of provider is working the rooms. Again, overall - a great experience and I commend this clinic and the staff for their excellent service!

Took my almost 4yo in for a fever and was informed the covid/flu/strep swab will take 10-15min. Ended up waiting in the room for almost an hour so we had to poke our heads out for some attention. The nurse who came back had to triple check my daughter’s name so pretty sure they had forgotten about us. To be fair they were pretty busy that day but still pretty absurd they would forget about us and a trip to the urgent care ended up taking 3 hours.

The service was some what quick. But what got me is sending me to a pharmacy 30 min away just to not send my baby (who was just diagnosed with pink eye) subscription to the pharmacy. I wanted to avoid writing this review but Ive called 3 times with no answer. The pharmacy can’t help me until they send it in correctly.

We are visiting from out of town and our daughter developed pink eye. The care was very prompt and all the staff, from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, were very friendly and kind. I appreciated their kind, gentle care with my shy toddler.
