Phoebe Urgent Care (Northwest Albany)

I received EXCELLENT care at Phoebe Northwest Urgent Care from the minute I registered. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The demonstrated compassion and concerned. Keep up the great work. So big shoutout to all the names listed in the picture. ❤️🙏🏽

My Daughter Received Excellent Care!!!! At Phobe NorthWest Urgent Care. The Desk Receptionist get you in Quickly, We didn't have to wait long in the waiting area or when we got in the back of the room.The Doctor came right in listen to what was going on with my daughter. Tests was done. Prescriptions was called in so quickly to our Pharmacy. The Doctor was Professional, and helpful. They get you in and out and help your children when they are sick. The place was very clean. This is the best one!!!!

If possible to receive a negative star I would! I go to the clinic thinking I possibly had the flu or strep throat. The doctor came in and said that they were going to test me for flu and strep. Before any kind of test was done, he had done called in medicine. How is that possible when he didn’t even know what was wrong with me? I left without any kind of diagnosis, unless you count both test coming back negative. I go onto their Phoebe patient portal to read my discharge report to see what this man magically came up with without even properly examining me (he listened to my lungs and that was it) and there is no test results, no discharge report, NOTHING saying I had been there. But you can best believe they didn’t skip a beat to be sure to send me a bill for $200 to get 2 cotton swabs up my nose and down my throat! RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I was met at the front desk by Brittany and T’eria. They were extremely professional and efficient. Nurse Practitioner Josiane was phenomenal. She was thorough and extremely kind and sincere. This is one the best urgent care experiences that I ever had!!! From the receptionist to the other staff,...they worked flawlessly together! I was in/out in little over 3 hours, start to finish! I highly recommend you give them a try, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!! I'll be back, for sure!

My experience was good, my wait time was not long at all, my nurses and doctors were very professional and caring.

Receptionists were very nice, knowledgable and accommodating. Office is clean, nurse was amazing. Facility is clean. Service is quick and efficient. I would visit again for sure. Excellent

Hazel and her team were fantastic. They were very patient with my son and thorough during our examination. I highly recommend them!
