Dr Moree has not only been my pain Dr and an awesome one I might add, but he also was my anesthesiologist with BOTH of my girls and was right there by my side!! So I honestly don’t understand where all the negativity is coming from!! Of course if you fail your urine test, then that is your ticket OUT the door!! However I know ppl personally that have been dismissed from him, and the office lets you know in ample amount of time so you WONT withdrawal from narcotics! OR I’ve heard of Dr Moree giving you a 30 day supply to give you time to find a new Dr. Again the negative comments honestly don’t make sense to me personally. Dr Moree became one of my hero’s SEVERAL years ago! Too many to count!

If I could give zero stars I would. My first appointment here was @ noon. My daughter & I arrived around 11:35 to 11:45. I immediately started doing paperwork. (The office personnel that computerize the health forms was professional & polite.) By noon all paperwork was completed & turned in. Then came 1:00 & so on. I made the receptionists aware of my appointment & the length of time I had been waiting & asked how much longer it would be but they had no answer. One receptionist was rude & spoke to me as if annoyed (after just shortly arriving) & the other receptionist (the one who signed me in) was surprised that I was still waiting to be seen. By 2:00 we were leaving. We had sat there two hours & not been waited on. We were told the doctor was still seeing a patient whom apparently had been there prior to our arrival. Never in my life have I known an appointment to last over two hours. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this office. Everyone that came in after me was seen & had left. I was told it was due to them seeing the physician assistant not the doctor, whom I was there to see. (Red Flag) As a business you should be scheduling appointments w/ several hours apart. Then on top of that, my daughter asked them to sign the transportation log (since I did make the appointment) & they declined bc I wasn’t seen by the doctor. Well whose fault would that be? Duh do better! If the physician takes hours to see one patient you should be advising patients of this prior to their appointment. But I hear the office put a sign up about long wait times after my appointment day.

I read some of the other reviews and I find it hard to reconcile the clinic I’ve been going to for 15 years with their experience but I’m sure there are 2 sides to every story. I will say I never leave a phone message because they don’t return calls, and he used to have a receptionist who wasn’t friendly, but she’s gone. So I just call until I get someone to talk to instead of leaving a message. However, Dr. Moree is the best physician I have seen bar none and I have seen many in the last 26 years. He is a good Christian but he doesn’t talk about it he shows it through his deeds. That office has never turned someone over to collections (phoebe the hospital where he’s located will in a heartbeat and they issue a separate bill from his). He often takes what insurance pays and doesn’t expect any more then that. I’m not sure what people think a pain clinic is for, but if a TNS unit doesn’t help, PT doesn’t help, surgery doesn’t help etc most doctors will send you to a pain clinic so your pain can be treated with meds. Most of the time the wait isn’t bad but sometimes it’s long but that’s true at most offices. Once you are a regular patient and are coming each month for refills, it’s much quicker. If I feel I need to see Dr. Moree instead of the PA, when the nurse comes in my room, I tell her and she changes the flag on the door . It really is as simple as that. Even the fact that the nurses who work with him almost never leave his practice (most have been there longer then me!) says everything. I would encourage those who had a bad experience to try again and people who need help with pain to come see Dr. Moree.

You are just a number that they want in and out. You may actually see the Doctor two or three times in the beginning. Make a mistake and they throw you out like yesterday's garbage. They take know time to explain how addictive those pills are and how much pain you will go through when your body is forced to go through withdrawal, nor do they care. Doctor Moree doesn't see patients who are people instead he See's dollar signs.

Here now...been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour...each time it's like this. My appointment was an hour ago. Very inconsistent with times! They are calling people back that came after me and had appointments after I did. Very inconsiderate and they NEVER try to make it better

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone! I called for days to try to talk to a nurse or doctor about the patch my aunt is currently on and they never called back. I called three times in one day to try to cancel an appointment for her because of another doc appointment and I sat on hold for over 6 minutes each time I called and had to hang up because I was at work and it got busy.
