Great customer service at the front desk. Nurse was terrific and the doctors are great too.

Mrs. Jennifer is a speech therapist here and she did an amazing job working with my son. He is a strong willed boy and likes things done his way. Over the last year he has went from not know mama and Dada apart to have full conversations with you. I would highly recommend her! My son will definetly miss is Monday and Wednesday visits! We also had no issues with the desk, Mrs Shelly worked with us when we had to miss days and if we had to cancel last minute she was very understanding. Not sure who everyone else is talking to but Mrs. Shelly was very helpful!

We just came from a visit with Phoebe Audiology. We were very impressed at her patience for toddlers, and how informative she was to our questions. Dr. Judith Saintange gave us exceptional service, and I hope there is a program in place to recognize her for this. She gave above and beyond exceptional service.

Front desk is horrible! Bad attitudes ! Also, they schedule whenever they want , don't listen & you can't cancel an appointment. There is no way to get them on the phone to cancel . They scheduled me when I specifically asked not to have these certain days bc of vacation. I tried for 2 hours , left several messages and was never called back. My therapist was never told anything! So my insurance is billed but I lose those days & can't reschedule. The therapist is great but this is a total breakdown in communication at front desk! They really need a line you can call in and speak to someone!

Front desk wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great either. However Lee and Thea B are amazing physical therapists! They actually listen and communicate, are personable, and seem to genuinely care.

Great care givers, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and offers excellent services.
