Just got a big bill in the mail from them late on Friday saying I am more than 120 days overdue. I haven’t been billed a single time before this, and there is no explanation or justification given for this charge. I have not the slightest idea what it is about. So now I will have a wonderful weekend stewing over their idiocy before I can contact them on Monday. Will try Saturday but I think they are closed. Edit: Found it was the deductible from a year ago, they had changed billing software and were way behind, but I had a record from the insurance, “you may be billed” for that amount, so it was legit. Paid it.

All the ladies at the clinic are the sweetest and respectful to everyone... All smiles 😁
