If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Best physical therapy I've ever received. They have several options for treatment which is amazing. The staff is friendly and patient. So much care and they're knowledgeable! Every person that works there always puts a smile on my face. And every time I visit my pain gets less and less. Wonderful experience, wonderful place.

Best physical therapist I could ask for. Was able to find pain relief when 3 other physical therapists were unsuccessful. Would highly recommend.

I went to Carling Physical Therapy after having a stroke. Steve designed a program for me that helped me to regain my strength, balance, and stamina, and got me back to work sooner than expected. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They take the time to really talk to you, listen to what you have to say, and genuinely care about you as a person and not just a client. They made coming to PT actually enjoyable. I highly recommend them for any PT needs you my have.

I am so glad I found them! The staff is absolutely amazing and know what they are doing. I’ve had back issues for years now. I’ve been to several pt places and this is the one and only one I will recommend! The rooms are private with a relaxing feel. I am definitely feeling a bug difference on my back (and my HIPS, which Petersen’s found out is causing some if not most of my pain. The others just looked at my back)!

Had my initial appointment today. Very good customer service and very welcoming. They seem very genuine and they care about their patient. I have come to them in a lot of pain, they kept asking if I was ok, if I was comfortable. It's a calm, relaxing, inviting environment. I've been too a few physical therapy places and I have always felt that the therapist thought I was faking my pain. Or I just didn't feel comfortable walking in to the place. (Trust me, when I say I am not faking, needing both knees replacement and having major arthritis in my back) But not this place, they actually listened they actually paid attention, very caring, I felt very comfortable here. Thank you.

I showed up at Carling Physical Therapy with a busted shoulder and low expectations. I had an MRI which showed two tears in my rotator cuff tendons. The doctor was was favoring surgery but said my options were physical therapy and a cortisone shot as well. I was skeptical about the physical therapy because I have been an avid weight trainer all of my life and didn't see how moving your arm around with light weights could do anything. My arm felt constantly like it was going to fall off. The first day at Carling PT I met Steve and he asked me a few questions and listened to the problems that I was having, my options, and my hopes for recovery. He didn't make any promises, he didn't try to sell anything. He just asked that I give it a try and that he felt hopeful for my situation. I was prescribed 12 visits by my doctor and spread that over 6 weeks. I started out having pain at the back my shoulder and although I had full mobility, my injured arm was very weak. I kept my appointments and followed all of the advise of the therapists. They did all kinds of funky things to my shoulder from lasers to electrified needles to massage. The assistants and physical trainers were very pleasant, social and skilled. They rrrrreeeeaaallly get in there and work the injury and get the blood flowing. I finished my last treatment and I feel about 80%. I still have work to do, but I don't feel like I need surgery now and I did prior to visiting Carling PT. I have gained a lot of strength back in the shoulder and it feels intact again. I would highly recommend giving them a try when you have an injury. Stick with it too; don't expect miracles after one or two visits. Steve won't try to sell you on anything; if you don't think the treatment is working then you are free to pursue other avenues. No sales gimmicks or bargaining. Both the clients and the employees are fun. Real upbeat and personable.
