Awful experience. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. Finally got one and the nice, friendly therapist showed at my house a little unprepared. He then got covid. They have tried to bill me but for what? I think Pete needs to be less of a corporation and more of a business that cares. What happened to our rights as underserved, unhappy customers? Don't use these fools.

My son and I have both been patients with PeteHealth previously. We are lucky that we found them through our insurance company. The therapist was thorough and helped show me different things I could do in my own home to work out and improve my flexibility post-op. I would highly recommend them!

There is a $15 "market place fee" in adition to your copay for each session that they don't tell you about till after the fact.
