waited over 3 months just for them to tell me they can’t accept me as a client, worst clinic ever

Such a clean and welcoming clinic , the two nurses who attended my baby were so sweet and kind their names are Valerie and Alejandra , they were very attentive with me and my baby . I would definitely come back

I ended up here cause my primary HC facility was booked months in advance. I felt something different going on in my body, specifically my throat. I saw an NP and explained to her how I had white mucus at the back of my throat and it hurt to swallow. She checked me out and said I was coming down with a cold or a virus. I told her it’s not a cold or flu, I had bumps along the walls and you could legit see the mucus right back there. She said she was sure i was getting sick. I told her it’s not a cold or flu…AGAIN. I explained the symptoms I always get when I am about to get sick and how none of those matched what I was feeling. She left. I waited about an hour later to be “released.” After not hearing or seeing anyone, I walked out the room. A kind nurse gentleman saw me and handed me some papers the NP was more Worried about…my weight (I was slightly overweight at the time, nothing too alarming I was and still am in good health). The next day I went to urgent care because my throat had closed up. Turns out it was a throat infection. Was given antibiotics and it cleared up in a few days. Anyway, listen to your patients and don’t just walk out of a room without a say, leaving pts in a room for almost an hour…

The wait is always long. Even when you're the only one there. Takes an hour to get in and another 30minutes in the back. This place is terrible. The pediatrician doctors here are so stupid when it comes to diagnosing or giving advice. I moved my kids as soon as the doctor tried to compare her child to mine. No doctor does that. I feel like they all sit in the back and skim through medical books to prepare themselves for generic questions. Never again.

I hate this Clinic. One of the the worst experience I ever had. First of all, it takes about 30 minutes for a person of to answer me in order to make an appointment. And when I have a really bad pain, they still schedual me an appointment one month away or, they tell me to go to urgent care. The receptionist are rude. An whenever I want the doctor to sign something for school, the f****** reception is always makes a big fit about saying "that that they can't or that my insurance doesn't cover it; even if I asked over the phone to make sure it was alright.. And if I have a question that is not relating to my consultation, they just ignore me and say that I have to pay another co-pay.

Can't write a review off zero stars so I gave 1 underservingly enough. Do yourself a favor and schedule yourself an appointment like at CVS or somewhere like that like I did went in here for a covid booster and the staff was incredibly rude I decided to leave they told me that I would have to wait another week to get the booster I went online to cvs.com and walked into a Target took me literally 10 minutes in and out this place is a joke I would never refer anybody to this place these people are inept and very rude and unprofessional it seems like their job was to make people feel unwelcome and they did a great job at that.

Worst place! It took me one month to get an appointment. The day of the appointment, they took two hours to seeing me. the waiting time was insane! I went to ask how much longer I need it to wait and they told me that there were another two people in front of me, that I could reschedule! "Are you kidding!" After a month waiting, they wanted me to reschedule!!! I could give them a zero!

Its okay. I get in and out without a long wait. Currently pregnant & some nurses made me nervous because it seemed like they were new & lost. The doctor on the other hand was great! At the end i was suppose to have a flu shot but nurse only handed papers & i was done.
