Horrible experience with this clinic. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. I have gone 5 times WITH an appointment and have not been seen because someone made a mistake with the scheduling or because the therapist decided to take the day off and not reschedule their patients or let their front-desk staff members know. I waited nearly 40 minutes during my last visit until I decided to ask how much longer the wait time would be. It was then that they let me know that my therapist wasn’t coming in (even though I was on the schedule). Would’ve appreciated them letting me know as soon as I signed in at the very least. I’ve had to move my own schedule around to accommodate theirs, but they seem don’t seem to care. Gas prices are at an all time high and going back and forth only to not be seen is very upsetting.
