Dr Dao and all the physical therapy assistants were amazing! They were very communicative about what I needed to do to get my knee in shape to play tennis after my surgery, and the progression of exercises they gave me helped me get there! The front office staff was also very helpful with connecting to my insurance.

Dr Rey is extremely knowledgeable and has a caring bedside manner. I was thoroughly impressed by how much time he took with me to not only discuss my symptoms, as well as the bio mechanics of what created the injury in the first place. I wish that I had found him years ago! Absolutely the best physical therapy that you can get! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Rey had an explanation for some weird stiffening I tend to suffer, finally - no other doctor explained the situation. Genetics and previous cancer treatments can have such interesting effects on the body. Mine has resulted in a few surgeries, cortisone shots, and some injuries. He and his staff are great to help me remove/reduce the issues and teach me how to minimize future issues. And best of all, remove the pain!

Wow!!! This is the best physical therapy facility place in Temecula. I have been a patient with Dr. Rey off and on over the past 6 years and he has gotten me through rotator cuff surgery rehab, plantar fasciitis surgery rehab, and presently lower abdominal stain/tear. Without his expertise and amazing staff, my quality of life might of been different. Dr. Rey's staff is over the top with constant attention! Most of the time, I do not even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room (amazing that you do not have to wait and is on-time) before going in for my appointment. Staff is always cheerful and puts you the patient first at all times. Not only has Dr. Rey and staff helped myself, but my wife and son have benefited greatly from the services they have had at Perpetual Motion. I always recommend Perpertual Motion Pysical Therapy to all of my students and or athletes as a teacher/coach in Temecula. Seems silly to write this six years later, but Perpetual Motional Physical Therapy is the best in all areas for every patient. Dr. Rey could of gone big but let it stay small to serve his clients. PERPETUAL MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY IS A WIN WIN!

Beware! I was told they've been charging active duty Tricare prime families copay. I spoke with my insurance multiple times and they confirmed there shouldn't be any copay and yet this facility insists there is. Dr. Rey and associates that work with patients directly are all great but front desk doesn't do their job!!

I went to PMPT for drop foot and have really been pleased with the results. Rae is a phenomenal PT, who takes the time to explain the symptoms and treatments. He has been very patient and encouraging, which has been a great help because of the slow recovery of this type of issue. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. I would recommend PMPT without hesitation.
