Patient experiences
Have been several times in the last few years. Each time I was treated professionally by all, therapist, techs and office personnel. They not only were treating my current condition (knees) but were also pushing me to rehab at home which I mostly have. Oh and by the way it’s not as painful as it’s made out to be.
I've been a client there off and on, and each experience has been very pleasant, but also painful in a good way. The team there is very helpful to each other as well as to us the clients. I am recovering very well thanks to their expertise, and kind ways. Everybody at Performance Therapy deserves a thumbs up ❤️.
I have had three 4-week sessions at Performance Therapy, one in 2016 and two this year (2024). My therapy goals were met each time and I was treated professionally on every visit regardless of which PT or assistant was attending to me. I highly recommend this team.
Michael is an excellent Physical Therapist. His crew is good as well. I enjoyed my therapy and would advise all to go who need top quality workout or a quick one. They will get you up and moving. Thank ya'll.
The many time that I had to have therapy it was great. They treated me with the most respect and they were so professional. And I think they for the great work on my shoulder, hand, and knees. I will just say thank you all.
Performance Therapy in Carthage is fantastic. Shelly and Daniel were instrumental in helping me get relief from severe muscle spasms. They took time to listen to my issues and how it had change at each visit. They communicated with me each time they were going to do something different and why. They staff up front was also fantastic with helping me set appointments that worked for me and my time schedule.
Dan, Michael and the entire staff at Performance Therapy helped get me back coaching my kids’ sports teams and doing the things I enjoy quickly after a rotator cuff injury. I can honestly recommend Performance Therapy with hesitation. Hope I never need PT again, but if I do, I know who to call!
The therapist and assistant's here are awesome. They all are very help and really care about their patients. They work hard to get you back to being able to do daily and routine things
