The front office staff always greeted me pleasantly. The physical therapist Hamp always made sure I was aware of the treatment plan and how it would be implemented. Let me first start out by saying, I am one of those skeptics that didn’t think therapy would help my condition. I was so wrong. I was assigned to Casie. She worked with me in spite of my reservations with enthusiasm. By the time my sessions were over, I felt 100% better. Much in part due to Casie. My sessions were months ago and I still feel good. The entire staff at Performance Therapy was the best. Always so welcoming! Highly recommend this group for your therapy needs!
These guys and gals are the Best! They have guided me through 2 complete knee replacement rehab in less than 6 months! Their services are thoroughly wonderful! They are very courteous and understanding about pain. I recommend them highly!
The physical therapist at Performance Therapy were professional and friendly. I appreciated that they took the time to discuss my injury and treatment. All the therapists I worked with were highly skilled and I saw continued improvement after each session. I highly recommend them.
Perfirmance Therapy is THE BEST physical therapy place i have ever been to and I am a professional clutz and thus pt patient . They care about getting you back to where you were before you had to start pt but they care about you as a person too. It's like a family at the Brandon location for sure. All of the therapists and assistants are super nice but i like working with the same person every time. Jeremy is one of my favorite therapists. Hei s so upbeat all of the time and careful but he is going to get some progress every time he sees you. He worked on my daughter and my sister. He deserves a gold medal for the patience and kindness he showed my 75 year old sister.
We have had the very best experience here. Not only from Miss Kaitlyn and Miss Gentry, but all the therapist here. We have been there for over 2 years, as they not only helped my young son with speech and occupational therapy, but in the end helped him succeed, and he finally received his completion certificates!!!! It was so bitter sweet. We absolutely love the whole Performance Therapy staff. We have truly enjoyed every moment with them, and we all got to watch little Jax thrive and flourish!!! We will forever love all you guys!!!! Thank you all for everything!!!
If you are in need of physical therapy, I encourage you to try Performance Therapy in Brandon, MS. This staff of young people are very knowledgeable, compassionate, encouraging but straight forward with you. Qualities I admire. I went for pt after a wreck, while there one therapist asked about another problem I had and I had not mentioned to anyone about it. The knowledge and relief I gained from my time with the staff was well worth my time. I only wish I had gone sooner. I greatly appreciated every member of this staff, from the ladies at the front desk as you come to the ones who keep things clean and sanitized for the next client. May the Lord Jesus bless this staff.
I have had the absolute Best experience going to Performance Therapy in Brandon!!! I went to them after both total knee replacement surgeries & they are all Professionals. I will use them again if PT is ever needed. They have a Wonderful & Knowledgeable Staff. They treat you like Family. 😊
