This place is a god send. I have had lifelong issues with pain induced from musical performances and life on the road. Dr. Nate is a professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge. He has my body feeling tip top and even gave me ideas/exercises i can do at home to help stay that way. His team is highly communicative and their office is flexible with great availability. My husband and I are glad to have found performance sports! Dr Casey is very knowledgeable and friendly and has been taking care of me before a marathon. I love that performance sports does it all - chiro, cupping, dry needle, and massages! Isaac gives great massages and Jill at the front desk is always super helpful when I need to change appointments or have insurance questions. 10/10 recommend

Nate has been my chiropractor for years and he always spot on my pain issues and makes adjustment so I don’t get worst. Nate is still the best chiro I've had. Always finds my pain points and really works on the deeper issues. Dry needling is a plus and helps with my adjustments. Staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this office! Casey is amazing and I always feel so much better when I leave. He is continually learning and keeping up with most recent treatment protocol. PSMC was an awesome find for me when I moved back to Colorado a few years back. I see Casey and have for years now. He is always attentive to my issues and needs as a patient. I feel better every time I leave the office after his care. He keeps up with me on a personal level too which means a lot to me. I have been so pleased with my body health and experience from PSMC!

I have been going to Dr. Nate for over 7 years & I cannot say enough good things about it!!! Performance Sports is more than just a chiropractic adjustment. I am getting the adjustment, but also dry needling, cupping, therapeutic massage & more. I tore my rotator cuff in 2016 & I can say without a doubt my RE overtime was cut in half & such an easier process bc of Nate & his team. They are a seamless operation & I always leave feeling better & more whole.
