Professional and very knowledgeable staff and physical therapists. I went here for knee rehab and worked with Ben. He is friendly, smart and very helpful. I followed his guidance and have benefitted from my time here. Easy to access and schedule appts. Highly recommend this group!

I can’t say enough about how much better I felt after just a few weeks! Ben was amazing. He was patient and kind and honestly after just one visit I knew I had made the right choice to come see them. My mobility in my back and hips improved from alignment and even swelling went down. If you want to take back your health and feel better go to this place !

Abby was the best Physical Therapist I’ve ever had! She was kind, patient, and showed me by doing the exercises herself if what she wanted me to do. Very impressed with the overall professionalism of this facility! LOVE Abby she is GREAT!

Grateful for the excellent care from Katy! She’s been helping me through nerve pain in my arm and hand, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. I feel much better every time I see her. Additionally, the front staff are so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this team enough.

I started 5 weeks ago with neck/ shoulder pain and pinched nerve. Abbie led me through a myriad of exercises to retrain my shoulders how to use the correct muscles. Then came the deep tissue, balled-up muscle separation. I would say those were fun, but not the first few times. But I came to want them because they made everything feel and work better. Abbie was amazing. Calm, instructional, understanding, and funny. I enjoyed her sports interest that made the sessions go fast. Today, for first time in years, my neck doesn’t hurt, I can actually turn my head, and no pinched nerve symptoms. Abbie and KCOI staff rocked it for me.

Andrew is compassionate, always kind. I am never made to feel like I’m just his next appointment. He put a lot of thought and care into his evaluation and treatment of my injury. Andrew is knowledgeable. He listens, he’s responsive and he targets issues effectively. He is genuinely invested in the health and well-being of his patients. I recommend Andrew Deboest without reservation.

Predatory billing- beware. The treatment I got was good. But they overcharged me per what insurance allowed and refused to refund what they owed me even when insurance told them. Then they tried to bill me an extra almost $4k on the side to side step insurance. That's illegal. Having to litigate this. And had to discontinue my care. Total nightmare.

So grateful that our daughter ended up with Abby as her PT. We still have a ways to go but she is in such good hands at this practice and we hope to see her back playing sports soon!
