Performance Rehab

I went to Performance after some surgery in January 2024. I had gone through rehab at the hospital and home therapy. Completing my home program, I was advised to continue the next level of rehab with the Performance Rehab group. I had my first session last Friday. Luke, my therapist, designed a program especially for my needs to improve the quality of my needs. A series of body points was my assignment to begin my program. I must say the program really fit my needs, i worked with Angie to schedule my upcoming dates. I must say Luke, along with other therapists, were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and gave me their personal Attention in each of the exercises. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for showing their interest in providing me with detailed instructions and guidance in each phase of the process. If you are looking for a rehab center that cares about you and your progress, go visit this Rehab Center; they are one of the best I have had the opportunity to work with rebuilding my body!

I attended Performance Rehab many years ago for rotator cup injury rehab when it was located near the hospital on North McKenzie. You can still see the Yellow on black sign from Hwy 59 because it jumps out at you. The sign for this building is black on white located at the entrance, and I passed it many times without ever noticing it for the past two months that they may be in this new location. I wish he would just bring the yellow sign and put it on the building. Today I started rehab for the same left shoulder treated years ago. Seems there is something going on with the nerves. This building was used by the Art Warehouse which is gone out of business. Doug Salter has really made this his own building. It is nice, clean, and well decorated. The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive. Mr. Salter really is a great physical therapist, but I call him Doctor.

I give 1 star to Angie the office help. Doug and the rest of his staff were excellent. I over paid and it has taken a year for them to give me a check. I have been back and forth between Angie and my insurance. My insurance provided a letter stating Performance owed me money due to patient over payment. After threatening with my attorney and my husband going in person to their office, I got the check today. I completed PT July 2022. Ridiculous. Pretty sure Angie is a crook.

Rehabed a second total knee. Wonderful facility with better people. They know their stuff. They help you do what you need to do to improve without over doing it. They are flexible in scheduling and try to accommodate you. Frankly, I looked forward to going to rehab. Pleasant atmosphere with great music. All the machines you need and very clean facility. You will not go wrong with Doug and his crew at Performance Rehab.

I had a total knee replacement and I am going to Performance Therapy on hwy 98 West of Foley. It is a very nice and clean place, also well decorated. They have an awesome friendly, caring, and attentive staff. Mr. Salter is a great physical therapist. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants the best. Thanks Performance Therapy for helping me get back on track fast.

Very friendly, professional, and provide the best techniques, tools, exercises, advice and care. I've trusted Doug and his staff for many years with all my PT needs. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today if not for Performance Rehab. Performance Rehab really strives in reaching their patient's maximum potential in physical well being. I was shocked by my last apt today when I had 9 mire and I made then last week . Due tk the front desk messed up and tried to cover up their mess. Doug is a good p.t. but some of his workers are not. I had 6 weeks of p.t and dis not get that nit did the front desk communicate with him.

Doug provides excellent therapy programs. He and his team stay with you and makes sure you are doing it correctly. Love them! ❤️
