Performance Plus Physical Therapy - Terra Nova

Not sure if all clients are based off referral only, but after our 2nd visit here, id say 3 stars is an adequate rating. Given that they are a business that focuses on customer service and communication over the phone, id expect better communication skills. One of the ladies that called my mom to let her know that my brother’s appointment was missed and needed to reschedule to avoid the cancellation fees ended up hanging up on my mom without making sure that the conversation was finished. My mom immediately called back and gave her immediate feedback, but i felt like this was a more fitting way to go about it. When i came in, Lex was the girl that ended up sorting things out with me because she was in charge of the appointments at that time. My interaction with her was fine, definitely a lot different than how my moms interaction was. She was on speakerphone so hearing that versus what i experienced was a noticeable difference. As far as the doctors and other employees there, we have no complaints. Hopefully nobody else has the experience my mom had, miscommunication due to lack of understanding the customer/client. It is unfortunate and discouraging when you have to keep coming back after receiving unprofessional and rude service.

I wanted to give a shout out to Lex, she helped me so much when I was having trouble getting my doctor to send over the referral. She went above and beyond which is a representation of the whole place. Dr Gio is a blessing and makes my time in PT go quick and it’s fun. I felt a difference in my body after the first appointment. Thank you to everyone there.

So excited they opened a new location, closer to me. Gio is literally the best PT I've ever had (which says a lot because I've been going to PT for over 5 years). I refuse to see anyone but Gio now, because he has helped me manage recovery and maintenance for multiple injuries, including knee/hip pain, broken ankle, bakers cyst, & tension type headaches. I will follow him anywhere! Also, it's convenient that they accept most insurances and they have flexible schedules. Gio is very friendly, educated, and he will answer any question you have honestly while still being sensitive.

Thanks to Dr. Gio for his exceptional care and treatment. He has gone above and beyond, always making me feel comfortable and explaining everything so well. I’m excited to follow him to the new location.

Dr. Geo is absolutely the best! He’s very knowledgeable and wants to ensure you walk out feeling better. I would 100% recommend everyone to see him! If you’re looking for an awesome pt he’s the guy!!
