1st time ever being at a physical therapist and Dr. Jose Aguayo walked me through the whole process. He told me I would be cursing 🤬 his name till about mid-day the next day and then it would start to release... and sure enough I was 🤬 and it sure did ease up a bit. I have 5 more visits to get my back corrected I have Full confidence in DR. Jose.

Professional, knowledgable doctors staff and assistants. One to and more, working to provide the highest quality personalized experience . Very satisfied with the services offered. Some other places are less patient, with the goal of turning over many clients, releasing them before rehabilitation occurs. Performance + definitely earned five of five 🌟.

Since the VA Physical therapy clinics had no available openings. Through VA Outpatient Services, I selected Performance + Plus Physical Therapy. At first, the location was conveniently close to my house. After a few appointments and PT sessions, I noticed less pain and more strength in my knee that I was being treated for. Though it was by chance that I chose Performance + Plus, it's the best choice ever. The doctors in charge are very knowledgeable in their field along with their support staff they provide the best service and support for a complete physical recovery plan. The staff is very friendly and has excellent bedside manners. It is also worth mentioning that the front desk does not hesitate to assist you with any scheduling issues or cancelations. They'll find a solution that will be beneficial to the patient, you!

Performance Plus physical therapy was the best PT I have received! I’ve had multiple times when I required PT to get me back on track. PPPT was the best! All therapist (Doctor) were professional, personal and respectable. Great customer service, and they represented the most professional attitude and positive feedback a patient needs to stay positive, and progress forward. Highly recommended To anyone in a position requiring Physical Therapy.

I have worked with each one of the therapists at the National City office, and they are all amazing! Everyone there is so friendly, so helpful. They really help you understand your body and how to heal your body. I have come along way since starting therapy at Performance Plus. Thank you to everyone that has been involved in my care. Kyle, Andrew, Tia, Sara, AJ, Paulina, Lana and there are a couple of other ones whose names I can’t remember but that does not mean that they are any less important. I’m just bad with names. The Doctors and PT support staff are effective and professional in implementing a workout solution that helps you to make a successful recovery. The front desk also makes every effort too accommodate your scheduling needs.
