My complaint isn't so much with the physical therapy, it's with the fact that when I went into the physical therapy the first thing I did was check to ask if they participated with my insurance. After running my card she said I had no copay. Turns out she never checked and they sent me to collections for over $900!! They took no responsibility for their error. Had I known I would never have
