My complaint isn't so much with the physical therapy, it's with the fact that when I went into the physical therapy the first thing I did was check to ask if they participated with my insurance. After running my card she said I had no copay. Turns out she never checked and they sent me to collections for over $900!! They took no responsibility for their error. Had I known I would never have
George Reed and his staff at Trenton Physical Therapy listened carefully to me, and communicated well with my doctor. George worked closely with my surgeons after both my shoulder surgery, and my major back surgery, to carefully rehabilitate me. 100% recommend!
