I had been to another PT practice in the past without much success. But at Performance PT they worked with me to recover from my surgery and increase my core strength. PPTSM is the most caring and professional practice I have had the pleasure of working with. Dr Alex quickly addressed my issues and within 14 sessions he had me at 98% improvement with my shoulder restrictions. You will find this practice to be personal and offer a calm environment where your therapist is completely focused on you without distractions from other patients. The team is great. I barely able to walk before I started PT. Chris and his knowledge staff have allowed me to regain my ability to walk, and do my job. Alex designed exercise programs for both my shoulder and knee to address weaknesses and mobility of these joints. The programs have decreased some of the pain and has improved my mobility so I can play some golf again. Alex was very attentive to my needs and I appreciate working with him.

Dr Chris is very knowledgeable & kind doctor. He knows exactly what your body needs and works accordingly. I recommend him for any PT requirements. Since it is quite far, the doctor trained me and a physical therapist near me so that I can avoid long distance driving. Such a spirit is not shown by any doctor. Been seeing Chris and staff for about 35 years. Spot on diagnostics and plan for getting better. Back, hip, shoulder, feet, recovery from surgerys and always clear understanding of plan to go forward. I have been a patient of PPT several times. I have never had a bad experience. The staff, starting at the front desk and through the entire staff are always pleasant. Everyone is treated with the upmost respect. If the need is there I will be a returning patient.
