John is the man. Shortly after he performed his assessment, he knew just what I needed. I know some are skeptical or hesitant when it comes to PT but I am sure his guidance quickened the pace of my healing. The whole staff is excellent.

The staff is friendly and professional. They encourage you to do your best so that you can get to your optimum level of function as soon as you can without injuring yourself further. They are great to work with. I would definitely recommend them and would go back to them if I ever need therapy again.

My daughter was a recent patient for an undiagnosed back injury. We went to Performance Physical Therapy before going to the doctor. They completed a very extensive assessment and started her on well rounded plan to decrease her pain and strengthen her core. The office staff is very knowledgeable, they were able to easily fit her into their schedule even when she could only go for treatment after school, they have 2 close by offices. I would highly recommend Performance Physical Therapy!

What a great experience. I went in with a huge amount of pain and within a few weeks it was gone. The staff is kind, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Becky is so knowledgeable and effective, she is a credit to the organization as well as herself.

I have used PPT numerous times, and each time the service is great and the staff's dedication to patient care is their foremost goal. My most recent injury was in April, a separated shoulder from Jiu-Jitsu class. Once again, Jim and Rebecca did an awesome job rehabbing my aging and beat-up body. Will back in training within a month. PPT will continue to be where I go when future issues arise!!

I've had 10 knee surgeries and gone to the Hebron office only because it's closer to my house. I would not hesitate to go to Colchester for my care. The therapists are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about a variety of conditions …several of my neighbors, all with different issues, have received care in one or both offices. Performance Physical Therapy is my neighborhood go-to therapy!!!

The physical therapy at this office is awesome,staff is very professional and the treatment I received was Great!!! I was treated for a knee injury and was able to return to work full duty with no surgery,5 stars for service and friendly staff,Thanks Chris!!!
