We were told our appointment is at 11am and to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived promptly at 10:29am and signed in on the office waitlist. We filled out the new patient form and gave it to the receptionist. At 11am we were still waiting. At 11:15am the receptionist is gone. Finally the receptionist is back at 11:20am. I politely reminded them the appointment was 11am, she said oh they have you down for 11:20am. Okay! Then she ask for insurance card and did some verification. (Why was this not done 50 minutes ago when we arrived?) At 11:39am they started the appointment. My advice is to confirm with them about the exact appointment time and then double check again. I understand offices will have scheduling issues and sometime one late patient will have a ripple effect. However, communicating the incorrect appointment time and then asking the patient to come in 15min early on top of that is impolite at best.

Front staff lady put me on hold and never came back to attend phone. I called back right after and Noone answered phone. Left three msgs thereafter but ozone responded for one week. I again called and Sandeep front office lady told me that they r very busy and cannot call EVERY patient. I found that to be very rude and unprofessional. I then asked for appt and was again put on hold for very long time. Again called and front office lady Kim picked up phone and start to yell at me for no reason. I got very offended by their attitude and decided not to use their services. Very rude and unprofessional front staff.

Extremely rude staff at front desk. Most unreliable management team at front. Called and left mags several times but they dont call u back. It feels like the front staff is racist. Very uncomfortable experience.
