Performance Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

So far I've been a client, my husband has been a client and 3 of my children have been clients here. I love this place and everyone in it. Even when it'd been over a year since I'd been there, I was remembered when I took everyone else to their appointments. They really pay attention to details and they make you feel valued.

My mother is 81 and staring to loose her legs last month she was referred here and still no appointment. You would think this would be a priority due to age and circumstances, when called was told next month they will check there calendar. so my mom has to wait two months that's two months of progress to save her legs. Very disappointed in there appointment making skills 😒 they are close to her house is why we selected there I don't like her to go alone to beckley and it's hard for her to find offices if they don't call me with an appointment in next 30 days I will drive her myself to beckley. A body in motion stays in motion. If they choose to get organized I'll change my review.

My mother received her physical therapy for knee replacement at Performance. They were GREAT! They even were able to correct a problem with her back that she had had for years and didn’t realize that could be corrected with PT. They go above and beyond! So glad that she went there! The therapists we very kind as well. Will return there for sure if PT is ever needed again!

My fiance's been seeing them for a knee dislocation and torn ligaments. I can honestly say that I have NEVER seen a more caring staff at any doctors office anywhere. They go way beyond to take care of his wound and therapy. I highly reccomend them because you will not be disappointed. They are way beyond 5 stars.

Everyone here is so nice! The therapists, trainers, teachers, employees, everyone! All super supportive and make you feel like part of the community there.

I had to push a star to get to Wright this.very un organized people, they can't even tell you about making an appointment, money racket.

Terrific place for therapy. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and were willing to think outside of the box to give me the best care possible and find what worked for my body. Highly recommended you give it a try.

These folks are the best. Every member of the staff is friendly and focused on the best care for the patient. Outstanding.
