Performance Physical Therapy

Patricia has been able to help me with my pain when I couldn't find relief anywhere else. She is very empathetic and will explain to you what is going on so you have a better picture of your body and I really appreciate that. More people should know about this type of work because I'm sure many who would benefit don't even know it exists. I highly recommend them!

I have had a helluva headache for 9 weeks - I was about to get an occipital nerve block - but did NOT want to have needle stuck into my head. I happened to be traveling to Pittsburgh, met with Patti, told her about my pain, and she asked if she could 'work on me'. Well she has a wand friends. She put pressure on places that I did not know existed. She spoke in a vernacular that educated me on what was going on and poof - after about 40 minutes - there was relief. No kidding. Gentle, capable hands led to RELIEF. I can't even.....so so grateful. Thank you Patti.

I cannot express in words my gratitude for Patti. She has an amazing gift and is a healer beyond the physical body. I had three surgeries within 18 months and was suffering from chronic pain to the point that I could barely walk. I had knocked on every door I could think of - chiropractor, acupuncturist, nutritionist. I had seen my surgeon again, my family doctor and had visited a pain clinic. I was able to get an appointment right away and it was the best decision I could have made. Patti is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive and compassionate. She explains everything that she is doing and solicits feedback throughout every session. Thanks to Patti’s incredible gift, I am now pain free and am back to exercising and running on a regular basis. She is a true healer in every sense of the word and I recommend her services without reservation.

I can't thank Patti enough for taking care of my body - both physically and mentally - over the past several months. Unlike other physical therapies I've had in the past, this is one-on-one holistic treatment tailored JUST FOR ME. Patti listens to me, as well as my body. The type of treatment I receive at Performance Physical Therapy cannot be compared to any other physical therapy practice that I have been to. This practice is holistic and treats all of you no matter what particular problem you came in for. The practitioners are so widely knowledgable about how the body works and responds. The treatment used at times is so subtle yet is so impactful on healing the body. I have been a patient at this practice for several years and have found relief that I couldn't find elsewhere. In my opinion, Mr. Blair Lyon has a gift for healing.

I want to give a 5 STAR REVIEW to both Patty and Blair as they were the only ones to fix my thumb after it was injured in a serious auto accident. They are "masters of their trade." Meaning they are probably the best on the entire East Coast at what they do and the results that they get. If all else fails, go to Patty and Blair. Keep up the good work guys!

Blair and Patty are the best. I would drive two hours each way for treatments if necessary. They are professionals and care for patients in a remarkable manner. I will be a client until they retire. They are the best...

Patty is truly AMAZING & has the best hands ever. They believe in the power of touch over the machines for physical therapy. Patty is helping my neck, back, and ankle injuries and so far its been great! I actually look forward to PT now.
