I would reccomend Sam to anyone of any athletic level and you will get the same treatment as if he was working with anyone of his professional clients.
After 10 long months of seeing multiple doctors and other PTs, Sam has been instrumental in getting me back to training for triathlon. Instead of just treating the pain and injury, Sam pinpointed the reason behind why I was getting injured. We are now working the whole muscular chain teaching my brain and muscles to talk to each other again. Most importantly, he listens and doesn't dismiss any feedback I give on how things are feeling.
going here for the past week has already helped big time. Sam, the person who works on you really takes consideration and goes in specific detail on what’s wrong with your body. He works on you for only an hour and helps you in many way. He makes you do exercise, and then scraping, or dry needling and massaging. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this if you want to be in peak shape and performance .
