I was referred to Perform physical therapy and Al Fisk by my physician after failed physical therapy at another facility. My condition had deteriorated under the previous groups care. In less than a month my symptoms were completely relieved and I was on a simple regimen to maintain my health. Mr Fisk took great care to explain the regimen that he outlined for my care and how it would relieve my symptoms. I would absolutely recommend Perform Physical Therapy.

My therapist and the rest of the staff at Performance Physical Therapy in Roseville are amazing! My therapist is very professional, knowledgeable, and really seems to care about my back and knee issues. The desk staff are super sweet and friendly. I so appreciate that they can always squeeze me in last minute. If you ever need any type of physical therapy I highly recommend.

I've worked with both Al and Michelle for two different issues over the last 5 years with excellent results. Michelle helped me with plantar fasciitis several years ago and I've felt good every since and Al has helped me with a pinched nerve in my neck more recently with excellent results. They are both highly knowledgeable physical therapists, but more importantly, they are very good at listening and customizing/adjusting my PT to on my situation.
