Finally a strength training option where I can get feedback to improve my form! The small group strength training class with Sophie that Perform Physical Therapy offers is the smartest thing (I can't believe more PT places don't offer strength training classes). I just could not go to another boot camp class and hurt myself! I'm so glad I found Perform. I love the small class sizes. I also love the clean and uncluttered gym area. It's not intimidating and I always get plenty of personal feedback and attention. After a month of going, I'm blown away by how much progress I've seen. Sophie has helped me gain the confidence I needed to progress. I've gone from intimated to excited about getting stronger!

I highly recommend Perform! The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with 1-1 support, ensures personalized attention each session. I joined after a severe ankle break, and the staff are super friendly, professional, and entirely focused on your recovery. Trevor explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, contributing to my confidence in my recovery and the success of my surgery. A year later, I am back to full functionality! I also started seeing their amazing massage therapist Hannah and I’m so glad I did! Hannah customizes each session to whatever you need, and if you’re rehabbing an injury she takes that into account. Don’t skimp on PT, invest in your recovery- you won’t regret it.

I came to Claire at Perform PT with a bulged disc and progressively worsening sciatica. My goal with physical therapy was to be proactive and prevent surgery. This didn’t happen—my disc was too far bulged. But every minute I spent with Claire doing exercises, learning form, and strengthening made post-op recovery swifter. And all of it has been crucial post-op. Not only for continued recovery but also for future injury prevention. I’m back to doing the gruelingly physical sports I love and feel as strong as I did at half my now-age. I will continue to do PT on my own weekly and for life. The skills you learn with Claire are yours to keep. What she can teach you about your body ought to be taught to everyone, and especially budding athletes, formally in school. Sadly, it isn’t. Therefore my advice no matter your age is to try physical therapy. Injured or not. Try it as a matter of education, of self-improvement and self-empowerment. You can’t lose. It is an investment in yourself and well worth the cost.

I worked with Claire after I had a breast augmentation (hehe) to help with strengthening my back and avoiding atrophy during my recovery period. The process was so easy starting from the initial meeting, to the programming and use of the app. I looked forward to my programming everyday and it allowed me to get back to my normal gym routine once I was cleared to do so. I didn’t think a virtual physical therapy program would be so successful, but because I could do the programming on my own time, it was easy to complete everyday. I highly recommend Perform PT for anyone needing physical therapy!

Performance therapy has some excellent classes for functional strength and mobility with Sophie. The sports massages are always amazing with Hannah, she never fails to pinpoint and relieve the source of your muscle pain. The staff is always welcoming and listen to what part of your body you want to work on by strengthening, stretching, or treatment by massage. I would recommend Perform Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable friendly business; looking to improve their overall physical performance, in sports or day-to-day work activities.

Hannah is AMAZING! I shook her hand and knew I was in good hands! I have had many massages, and my massage with Hannah was really wonderful. We had a quick convo about focus areas before starting & she checked in about pressure during different parts. This is definitely a great option for therapeudic focus work. Cannot recommend enough. Looking forward to my next session and exploring the workout classes here too. **Update- I tried a workout class with Sophie and she is also phenomenal. She gave excellent feedback and new helpful tips on form. I've been working out for years, but Sophie definitely gave me a refreshed perspective on how to improve!
