I was very excited about going here for physical therapy and made an appointment. When I called back to verify the appointment the PT was discouraging, wanting immediately to cancel me. She had little compassion for the orthopedic situation I was facing. Listened poorly to a brief summary. Seemed to have already rejected me as a patient. Finally, I realized I didn't fit the bill. Very disappointing.
