Pennyrile Physical Therapy

I had a back problem so went for therapy and Mrs Shah and Pam took really good care of me.They both are very friendly.They expanded my range of movement through advanced exercises in space of 8 session.Facility is very clean and well organized.I'd recommend Mrs Shah to anyone in need of Physical Therapy.She is High-level physical therapist and very thoughtful.She achieves great results for her patients.I was very happy for great service.

I spent 35 years serving the public in person and by telephone. I never shirked a question at church or in a restaurant on my own time. Now, I find I’m in need of help, and having communicated this via phone call was advised to handle it myself. The physical therapist really doesn’t treat the patients she just evaluate them. The PTA does the best she can and sometimes her hands is really really full she needs help, but she said she rather not have it she said she work better by her self.

Very rude staff. Yelled at me for not knowing the routine on my first visit. Left me sitting alone on a ball when I have a back injury and could have fallen. They made hurt worse than ever! I left there in tears and never went back. Horrible place!

Always slow even when empty dr doesn’t seem to care about people’s time will have you just sitting for no reason if you don’t speak up and she’ll just say “oh I didn’t know you were ready” why wouldn’t I be?

Very rude, I was literally beeing yelled at over insurance issues.
