I’m so glad I chose Penn for my PT. My therapist, Brian, was great. He listened closely and adapted my exercises to how I was feeling that day or if I had any pain. If I’d been doing certain exercises more than others he would help me switch it up. He had such helpful feedback and advice throughout therapy but also on how to continue my exercises after I “graduated”. The facility was always clean and the evening hours were so convenient. Every staff member I interacted with was so friendly and made me feel welcome. In fact, during my last session they even let me pick my own music. I really enjoyed the time I spent there and gained so much knowledge from my sessions with Brian. Highly recommend!

The staff all work together to make the best out of your situation, they take pride in getting you moving again. I would recommend Good Shepherd Penn Partners physical therapy to any person looking for a rehab center. With the new hip I received from Penn Medicine and the rehab center in my back yard it was extremely nice not having to drive around or far from home to get the expert care the trainers have and the passion to get a person up out and moving. Thank You Good Shepherd of Woodbury Heights for treating me and making me feel like a person.

I first went to Penn Therapy and Fitness for a plantar factitious injury. With weekly appointments and a dedicated in-home routine, I was back to full mobility and a return to the jogging program within four weeks. The team is knowledgeable with approaches to support your injury through a program that works for you. I ened up learning more about overall body strength and stability than I was expecting and anticipate the fundamentals I took from PT lasting well into the coming years.
