All the staff were excellent. You were always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude, which continued throughout the visit. The therapist listened to all your concerns during your visit, even contacting the doctor if need be. I am very thankful for everything.

Michelle (Mickey) Little is a fantastic physical therapist and caring person. From the start of my therapy, she kept me informed about the care plan for my injury and always explained the importance of my exercises, answering any questions I had in a way that I could understand. With her help, I always felt like I was progressing with my recovery, even when exercises were sometimes challenging. Mickey is compassionate and good-humored, and your rehabilitation is her first priority. She will push you to your limits in ways that allow you to get the most out of each session without overextending or injuring yourself. Everyone at Penn Therapy has been a pleasure to interact with, from the front desk to the substitute physical therapist who filled in when Mickey was away. If you're debating whether to seek physical therapy at this location, I cannot overstate that, at Penn Therapy, you're in great hands.

Always a friendly greeting by Ciara upon arrival followed by an efficient check in procedure. Scheduling was easy, too, as staff was very accommodating when changes were needed. PTs are highly skilled, caring, and supportive. Thanks to Patrick (and sometimes Micky) I was able to make marked progress in recovery from knee replacement surgery.

PT was very helpful in my recovery from surgery. Therapist Patrick was excellent professionally and personally. I was dreading going for therapy before I started and ended up dreading not going anymore. It was truly a blessing to me.

The whole team was awesome, especially Michelle! They are supportive, encouraging, and friendly. In fact, I was sad to no longer need to visit them. The positive energy starts with check-in with a wonderful person at the front desk and continued with my work with Mickey. I highly recommend coming here for your recovery!

My experience with Brian Leggin was exceptional. He is not only knowledgeable and competent; he also knows how to heal his patients by gently tweaking the stretches he recommends to enhance outcomes. Brian is on top of the scientific literature, as well as setting for his patients attainable goals. His list of stretches is always realistic, while also aiming to challenge me incrementally across time. I have sought his help three times in the past three years. In each instance, he has helped me heal quickly, and to know how to avoid being re-injured. This is a well-oiled practice of competent and experienced PT practitioners. Appointments are easily available, and the staff is incredibly supportive. A first-rate PT practice.

The staff at Good Shepherd were wonderful. I have never done PT before and had such a positive experience. My pain and flexibility have improved greatly since I started working with Brian. I now know how to deal with my shoulder condition and I feel that it will continue to improve with the routine that was worked out for me.

I had wonderful therapy with the PT, Patrick. Then on my close out today, I had a therapist named Justin. I couldn’t hear him. When mask are worn, you need to speak a little louder. He spoke fast and I was never sure what he wanted me to do. When I asked for the black band to take home for a specific exercise Patrick had given me. He replied I shouldn’t be using any bands. All in all, I probably would recommend the facility, but if the only therapist available were Justin, I would advise them to go elsewhere.
