Beware! Therapists were very nice and helped me alot, but their billing is not good! Charged for co-pays when they shouldn't! 6 months later still fighting with them to stop billing me, have called my insurance many billing !

I can’t begin to express how wonderful this facility is!! My therapists Logan and Karen are exceptional! Both of them are very knowledgeable and have share it with me through my treatment plan and exercises. They have brought me so far since I started here! They go above and beyond with their patience and explanation to educate me about my exercises! The front desk ladies are so wonderful! Laura and Jacki are always so welcoming! The both have great personalities and always leave me smiling! Both of them have always made my visits a great experience!

Extremely thorough and professional. Truly made me feel valued as a patient. Logan Williamson is a phenomenal PT and I would strongly recommend this practice. Logan went way above and beyond to diligently work on my issue and always focused on the root cause, balancing challenging me with making sure I wasn’t overwhelmed. Thank you Logan for helping me finally feel better!

I’m grateful that my physical therapy was here. The staff is wonderful. As soon as you step in, Jackie welcomes you and gets you settled. My physical therapists, Kelsea and Logan, were exceptional and professional. In just 2 months, my back pain is gone. Thank you, Penn Therapy!

Hang on to your wallet! I had 3 finger splints made for me. Splints are custom made, but materials cost next to nothing. Plastic held on with velcro. So, maybe $3 in material. They billed my insurance almost $1,000. And, being in a high deductible plan, I had to pay $480! Lesson learned. I'm pretty sure I would have been fine with the $5 splint you can get at any drug store. I paid and was ready to let it go, but they texted me, asking for feedback. So I sent them some. Then they email me encouraging me to call them to talk about the bill. I called, assuming they were ready to refund some of the $480. No. Complete waste of my time. First I got transferred. Then I was told to call Bob at a different number, so I did. Of course I had to leave a message. We did talk but pointless. Said Good Shepherd "can't" do anything because I already paid the bill. Really? They could but CHOSE not to.

I had the best experience at Penn therapy and Fitness Valley Forge. From the initial visit through discharge, I was treated with total professionalism and caring from Michelle at the front desk through the discharge process. My primary therapists Logan and Karen were so supportive and went out of there way to provide me clear, appropriate exercises. They worked so well as a team and were willing to exchange strategies with other co-workers (James) to enhance my plan. Most importantly they understood when to emphasize direction when I needed it. (We all have our moments of laziness). I truly appreciate all of their hard work and caring. It was hard to leave them because of the strong, friendship bond that we created. I strongly recommend this faculty and would encourage any friend or family to use them. Patrick F Norton

Logan and Karen were amazing! Logan was great at getting to know me and my lifestyle so that we could get the most out of my PT. I loved that the whole staff were also sensitive to my needs as a hard of hearing person and purchased clear masks so that I may understand what they were saying- since I rely on lipreading. I highly recommend them!

Logan and Karen provided me with the necessary tools needed to deal with my condition. They are caring and extremely knowledgeable and always made me feel special and not just another patient they had on the schedule. I recommend the services here without any reservations.
