Friendly service and staff, but their prices were unbelievably high, so I stopped going. $1,200 for a one hour session was ridiculous. I'm thankful my insurance covered most of it.

I really enjoyed attending my PT at this facility. There was a lot of construction during the time I was there. The signage was on point in directing patients how to get to the facility. The facility was always clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The administrative staff was welcoming and thorough. Since I requested early morning appointments Ashlee was the one who checked me in. She was always helpful, pleasant and willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. I can’t say enough about my physical therapist, Kelly Keane. She was patient, very informative, engaging, cheerful, warm and it was very easy to communicate with her. She took the time to hear my concerns. Her personality lends to a lighthearted atmosphere that made me feel relaxed. As we discussed her plan of care for me, she wanted to ensure I understood what to expect. She was awesome and I could tell she cared about me and my situation. I’m so thankful I was her patient.

I've had a great experience with Penn Therapy at Radnor. I go to this location for pelvic floor therapy which is handled in a separate room, but the general exercise room is very large and clean with lots of equipment and space to work out. Staff at the front desk are attentive and helpful. I would definitely like to exercise here. Kelly is my therapist and she is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about my issues and very supportive of my struggles. My problem seems complicated--I'm trying to recover from a botched abdominal surgery and it's taking a long time--but Kelly continues to work with me, encourage me, and give me hope that we will find the solutions necessary for my recovery. I literally don't know what I would do without her. I highly recommend Penn Therapy & Fitness at Radnor. And especially Kelly!

My PT therapist,Marie, was absolutely the BEST! I learned an enormous about of information, skills and exercises for my issues. She is very professional, competent, knowledgeable, great teaching skills with kindness, compassion and accuracy. I always felt cared for, never rushed nor hesitant to asked more questions.Marie is a gem! The company is very lucky to have such an excellent therapist!!!

I had a great experience. My PT Marie was wonderful, and whenever I had to cancel or schedule an appointment, the people on the phone were always so friendly and helpful. One thing I would suggest, is having an online portal for patients (like almost all other health providers have). Marie had to print out exercises for me each week and it would have been much easier for me to keep track of -- and better for the environment -- if my at-home exercises were just all stored in one place in an online portal.

It was my first experience with Penn Therapy and I did not knowany therapist there. However, the therapist I was assigned to was a great therapist and I feel I was very fortunate to have met him. He took enough time to diagnose what kind of pain I have and made sure what exercises are most effective in my case. Not mention of the fact he was very knowledgeable about his profession, but he was very caring and earnest to help you recover your health.

What a great facility. The front desk personnel are very friendly and appreciated the fact that all employees and visitors need to be masked. Worked with Amy and she was marvelous in explaining the exercises and also having me understand about my surgeries. I can't thank her enough for having me focus on my work.

Ryan was attentive and knew what he was doing. It was helpful that he showed me on an app how the muscles attached to bone and how all interacted. This helped me understand more about how the exercises were helping me, where to focus on for a particular exercise, and why/what I felt during the exercises. Very helpful to my recovery, and I have a great set of exercises to do/continue to do at home.
